Piggie Hiss

one of my piggies has started making a funny sort of hiss noise. It's not teeth chattering, it sounds like an airy fart but with no squeak, but more like a pfffft sound. Not sure which end of the piggie it's coming from, so can't tell so far if it's gas or a proper hiss of some sort. It seems to be when chewing hay or something leafy, and only occasionally. Any idea what is causing this or if it is just a quirk?

I haven't heard that one but mine make all sorts of weird and wonderful noises along with new ones every so often. Example: Tonight, Percy hopped up on my leg, made a kind of whinny noise, then proceeded to poop all over me.

As long as there's nothing upsetting them it should just be a quirk!

Or maybe he's got a piggie lisp

More seasoned piggers might know but it's nothing I've heard of.

Mine does this! It's mainly when she tries to squeak but can't quite get it out gaha it's like a flat whistle (when you try but air just comes out! LOL)
