Tilly enjoying a little munch time:

I made the mistake of opening the fridge door. The lady knows how to demand an extra helping of veg. Safe to say I feel guilty for not being able to give her cuddles due to a massive bandage on my hand from an operation on Monday. She's being spoilt with extra veg helpings and loving it.

:)) awwwwwwwwwww bless her. A piggy must be kept in the style they are accustomed too. She is stunning

Hope your hand is better soon, I hope it is not the feeding hand that will hamper food delivery performance :))

Rookie mistake! Opening that fridge door is always a mistake in my house, the chorus of 4 piggies screaming at the top of their lungs is hard to ignore :))

I've actually got into the habit of trying to open and close is slowly and quietly like a ninja so they don't hear...

They also associate the sound of the kettle with veg now too, not my doing either!

I am currently staying in my parents downstairs flat so Tilly's Cage is in a corner of the kitchen, within ear shot of the fridge. She's now picked up that the sound of the fridge door opening and closing means veg follows.

At home she's far enough away not to hear it. She's now learnt to wheek for food and dash to her bowl, placing her paws up ready for food when she hears it.

It is my right hand which is my dominant hand, hence I can't pick her up without help, but it's not stopped me getting nuggets and veg in her bowl and hay in her box. Just means my mum had to help with the change of the fleece in her cage while I got to cuddle her on my knee, keeping the bandage from her chewing on it.
