Is any-one up for a forum piggie swap?

The idea is you will send a small present to a forum piggie, something like treats or toys or care items and you will get a gift in return for some-one else.

There will be a maximum amout of money you can spend so that it's fair and if some-one was to send to some-one who has lots of piggies they still get a present.

Please let me know if you would like to join in and the maximum you could spend ... £5/£10 ect

Id b interested :-) but would probably only want to spend a max of £5 ... It depends on wether ppl want to give there adress out it can b a little dodgy...

people would only be given the address of the person to send to xoxo

I will make a little questionaire for people to fill in then send back to me. It will all be kept very private
 
We'd be up for this, sounds a great idea, Just a thought though, piggie rescues get presents, but don't give....:(|)
 
I'd be happy to send a piggy a present, but I don't have piggies of my own. Could I still join in? I presume someone co-ordinates it and tells you who to send to.
 
I know for the past two years we've had secret santa on here at christmas where rescues recieve gifts which is really nice to see :)). It'd be lovely to see rescues incorporated too and for people who dont have gifts perhaps we could send a piggie related human gift ( a book, guinea pig magazine, cuddly toys, art print etc). Hmmm sounds like an interesting plan :)

Rescues give more than any present is worth. They give piggies shelter, food, vet treatment, love, care, devotion,....... this list is endless. They give a second chance.

I actually have a piggie pen pal, that i met through this site, and we send emails and every now and then a piggy parcel, which is just a box of things we've seen and though each other would like or things we've not seen before so buy for our pigs and then theres, it's really fun, and it's great to build up a relationship with someone who has the same interests as you !

I just need to figure out someway of including rescues into it because the whole point is each person will send a gift & recieve 1
 
I would be happy to join in with this too :) Members who do not have their own piggies could receive a human gift for themselves or a gift for another pet they may have.

May be you could have a separate list of rescues and anyone choosing to send to them would be aware they wouldn't be receiving anything back as rescues are doing enough already :)
 
I'd love to do this! I love the idea of piggy pen-pals, it would be lovely to build up a relationship like that.
 
I would like to join in please. What a great idea. This would get people trying out things that they may not buy for there piggies.
