Piggie Watchers From Above

Last year we noticed a pigeon who would sit on the roof of the neighbour at the bottom of the garden. Everyday he would be there just doing what pigeons do etc. Anyway, what was good about him that when he flew away the guineas would see his shadow move and scatter but it also came in handy if there was a bird of prey swooping around or a cat being nosey (scary thought I know). So we haven't got a name for him as of yet but I saw him again for the first time in ages and he brought a friend with him!

Me too piggyfan. I tell random children off for chasing them in market square. My own kids would not dare!

We get pigeons around our garden too sometimes - sometimes you can hear them cooing and flirting with each other! Unfortuntely we also get magpies, and those I do not like. I watch the piggies very closely if theres one of those about.
