So I'm a little bit worried about my gorgeous little REW boy Casper.
He is happy, cheerful, and one of the most active of the bunch. He is eating and drinking very well and otherwise seems amazingly well.
But he has a bit of a wheezy wheek, and I don't know whether I should be concerned.
He had a pretty bad URI a couple of months ago; got treatment with Baytril and some extra Vitamin C tablets, and was back to perfect health - running, popcorning, eating and being adorable! But his wheek sounds a bit wheezy, and I don't know whether it's always going to be that way because he was poorly, or whether I should be concerned. There's no hooting which I know can be a sign of heart problems, and I am going to take him to the vets within the next few days just to make sure. I want to know whether I'm making this into more than it is. It might be a strange comparison, but my dad had a very bad cold when he was younger, and has never really recovered his sense of smell. I wonder if this is how Casper is, and will always be cutely wheezing.
Has anyone else got a piggie with a bit of a wheezy wheek?
