Aaron is absolutely thrilled! His school are doing a project on animals and they asked Dr Doolittle (ME) to go in with our animals and give a talk on each one, I'm taking the piggies tommorow, Aaron cant wait!

It is very exciting, however, I am going to be honest with you and say I don't think it is a good idea, not the babies going in anyway, especially Lucky. He has been through so much in he short life and to take him to a school to be viewed be lots of children in my opinion is putting him through his paces. Sorry, but I had to be honest. However, if you do take them good luck. O0

Good luck,The kids willl love it.
I have done this several times with reptiles.

I am taking ours in to my sons class soon too. The kids cannot wait to meet one of our piggies I am taking Rimmer my neutered boar. :smitten:

I bet you cant wait to se the kids faces. My friends a primary school teacher I took some buns in for the kids to see. Good luck O0

OMG I can just imagine how excited my kids would be in this situation! Hope it goes well for you ;)

I had only planned on taking the one baby (Velvet) - I did think Lucky was better off staying home, he has been through a lot and I dont want to put any more stress on him, he is still very young so its just Mum and Velvet going in with Dad in a week after the half term. Will let you know how it goes.

That's good, he has been through a lot poor little fellow. Good luck and let us know how it goes. O0

Well, I think the children enjoyed it more than the piggies! They were very excited (the kids) and they all wanted a hold, we had a question time and I get the feeling that every kid in the class will be going home asking for a guinea pig!

;D I don't know if that is a good thing or not. I am glad you, the children and the guineas had a enjoyable day. O0
