I don't know what to do, I've tried changing the water, moving it further away from the radiator so it doesn't get too warm and they're not eating the hay I'm giving them, at least not as much. They've stopped being so active lately and they usually just sit around, could they be sick? I do hear sneezing from the cage but I don't see any eye / nose discharge on them.

You need to get to a vet. It is urgent
It is essential for piggies to eat and so not eating has to be dealt with immediately.
Can you start syringe feeding while waiting?
Mushed up pellets is fine if you don’t have any critical care to hand.
Not drinking is less urgent - some piggies get most of their liquid from veggies - others really like their water.
Keep us posted

Please switch to weighing your guinea pigs daily at the same time and step in with syringe feeding and water now. You can use mushed up pellets as long as you cut off the tip of the syringe as shown in our guide.

Please make sure that you have your flat checked for monoxide gas poisoning ASAP. Guinea pigs with their small airways are much more sensitive to it!

Just got home from the vet, she said that because I started giving them a lot more veggies lately they stopped eating hay and drinking water and I should cut off the veggies for a couple days so they start eating hay and pellets again. They have some bacteria in their nose and there's a bit of secretion which is why they've been sneezing, so I'll take them to the vet again if their nose starts running more. They're all fine :)
