Piggies Need A Diet

What would be the best way to help some extremely fat piggies get down to a healthy weight?

Two new pigs surrendered to our shelter and amongst probably having mites as well they both are extremely fat, to the point they both look pregnant.

Any tips would be appreciated!
 
Could you weigh them please? Often guinea pigs may seem overweight but they are not. Mine range from 802g to 1200g. They come in all shapes and sizes. How much pellets do you feed?
