my piggie got their corn last night, they love it so much! there was nothing left 2 hours later!

do you let your piggies live on that carpet or is it free time they are havnig? xx

He he! Alice and Derm had their free time on the carpet yesterday. Its Sean and Wendys turn today. I put a litter box down with newspaper and hay in and they pee in there and not on the carpet (most of the time!). They are not huge fans of the corn, they love the leaves but have only nibbled on a few patches of corn. But for 20p per cob(!!) i thought it would give them something fun to do. Good old asda by the way, not sure if its just in my local one but worth a check as they are usually so expensive!

Gorgeous piggies x). Mine love sweetcorn too, it's fun to watch them trying to drag it around, particularly when the boys want to go in different directions! I usually end up cutting it in half so they don't fall out!

ps you've got the same vetbed as me grommit, or rather our piggies have!
 
Aaw they are very sweet!

I wish my 3 learned to share. I put on in a few weeks ago and one ran (well tried to) off with it and then another one nicked it and it was like cops and robbers!
I had to cleaver the corn into 3 so everyone was happy rolleyes (corn is very hard to cut!)

And it's not just your local ASDA.....I bought a whole bunch of sweetcorn at our ASDA today for 20p an ear TOO!! :) :) :)

Yes, Asda had corn on the cobs for 20p yesterday .... I was really excited! :red:))

TELL me about it!! rolleyes By the time I was finished tonight, my entire counter, my kettle, my toaster, and the wall were COVERED in corn juice and stay kernels!! :)) :)) :))

Watching the piggies tuck into it made it worth all of the mess, though! x) x)
