Evening folks!
Okay so not a very happy topic to discuss or start...but i know piggie passing is part of owning and caring for our pigs.
With the recent fungal outbreak, Harvey-Pig, who has a very, very special place in my heart wasn't very well in himself and this was awful to see he's normally so cheerful and bouncy
Harvey-pig is three now, and will be four next summer...so now I'm wondering how long have your piggies lived? And who was your oldest?
I know Percy-Roo (rescue) was around 5 years old when he passed i had him just under a year, in quote of my vet 'a old pig who has been through a lot in his short life'.' Has any of your rescues lived a long life?
Sorry for the morbidness, i know piggles can live to 8 but is this the norm?
