Hello

Gabby was diagnosed with trapped wind by Vedra at CCT last night and has been on 2ml Dentinox colic drops every 3 hours today.

She's just had her 5th dose and was sick while I was administering it. It was only a small amount and green in colour. When I tapped her after she had been sick she sounded quite a bit less windy (less hollow). She now sounds a bit snuffly though?

Does anyone have any experience as to whether the sickness was a good sign?

Many Thanks
Hayley

Guinea pigs can't be sick. I can only assume she didn't swallow the 5th dosage of medicine and brought it back up.

hmmm had she eaten any grass?

Maybe she coughed up some mucous or something? They can't actually vomit . . .

Hope she's ok

Thanks - any ideas on how what went in was clear and what came out was dark green :{

Sorry didn't see your bit about the grass! She has only had Readigrass and pellets as instructed by Vedra

Hmm, dark green, maybe some readigrass was stuck in her throat or in the back of her mouth all chewed up and that was it, mixed with the medicine?
