Lilly
Adult Guinea Pig
For along time I have been looking for something to carry a piggy around in that will leave my hands free. I remember some other members commenting on same. My boys just love being carried around but I can't devote as much time as they would like. One time I put Hazelnut down on the benchtop to get something or other and he took a flying leap to get back on my shoulder. Fortuanetly I was still very close to catch him else I hate to think waht could have happened. I've tried all osrt of carriers and even improvised a carry by purchasing an arm sling from the chemist and sewing up the sides. I had seen bonding sacks for ratties, ferrets, you name it, everyone excpet piggies. Then I discovered this:

Well, I took the plunge and ordered 2 of the large and they arrived today. These work a treat! It is cotton outer with all fleece inside and has a removable fleece pad on the bottom so that poops and wees can be dealt with without having to wash the whole thing. You would need the large size and it only fits one piggy.
