I've started this topic for general piggy chitchat that doesn't warrant it's own topic. ;)

I was watching a program earlier on the Eden channel on Sky. It was about dogs and their friends. One was about an Airedale terrier female dog who had adopted 3 guinea pigs, it showed the guinea pigs curled up in the dog basket with the dog getting a good lick and a wash. Another clip was a female Weimaraner hunting dog and a big fluffy guinea pig called Fanny. Fanny was chasing the dog round the room and the dog returned the chase! They then did a mutual grooming session, the piggy started popcorning round the room and the hunting dog copied! The dog hated getting it's claws clipped yet it lay perfectly still whilst the piggy chewed on them to trim them! They were two surreal clips and very unusual to see "prey animals" in a close loving relationship with hunting dogs! :)) You could see they were very close friends! What a tribe! :D

That is pretty odd. A popcorning dog, thank the Lord it wasn't a great Dane! Could you imagine the destruction! it's bad enough when Vimto popcorns the room shakes! I will try and check the clip out Bossman. Inter species friendships are lovely to see. My cat and dog as a kid where really close.

There was also a clip of a coyote and a bobcat!

I'd be worried about the side car in case smores jumped out! What a cute dog and piggy.

Full cage clean completed ahead of schedule as I'm away this weekend. Fleeces washed and hanging out to dry in garage. Claw clip is due, but I just can't face it tonight. Is that so wrong of me?

It's a lot sometimes..and i'm not even at the clipping stage. Nails can wait :)
Ghillie is currently sleeping with her eyes very-almost closed! It's such a nice sight/feeling :luv:

Try cutting thirteen lots and the two rabbits.Sixty feet in total.I have my lodger. She is a mass of black, fluffy hair.Seriously cute. Here til Tuesday when boss picks her up.Lovely guy that brought her and got loads of supplies too.And a bottle of wine.Had a good natter with Nicki over the phone too.Lovely people.

Archie just sliced my wrist so its bleeding, while rubbing a giant turd into and then peeing on the wound and the sleeve of my hoody and then chased me out the room :(

Look at this! :))

that is adorable, what a sweet pair.

Yeah I washed it off and put savlon on, not going to die today lol. When I came back in the room, he comes over purring like butter wouldnt melt in his savage gob.

probably just rumbling in glee at his handy work

Not at all daft. I never used to be a pet person, but since we got our piggies I can't stop watching them and thinking about them, lol. It's so lovely getting a little glimpse into their world and seeing them in their piggy village.

I am spending my evening watching tv, eating food and cuddling my girls. Poppet and Rowan need some cuddles what with Fudge and Crunchie being poorly and taking up most of my time.. They must feel left out bless them!

Hutches and shed cleaned out. Everything ready for morning. Pen put up round shed to keep animals safe as daughters dog and youngest grandson is staying with MrsHogg, whilst daughter and son in law take me to the north east for the run. I'll be in no fit state to drive back!

I was just pondering how lucky I am to have my 3 furbabies in my life. They each have their own little personality and I feel so blessed that they are sharing their lives with us (sorry - just me being all daft and sentimental!)
Your not daft we are all soppy over our piggies, if people could see me cuddling & talking to mine they'd think I was mad.

You should have put a link to it BossHogg that is if you can

I tried to find a YouTube link, I don't know if Eden channel has its own website to catch up. You can probably get it on Sky catch up if you subscribe to Sky. ;)
