Absolutely panicking now. I am the one to always ensure the pigs room is piggy proof but my OT obviously isn't as careful and I'm so annoyed. A puppy pad was left sticking out underneath their fleece and one of them has eaten this much (shown in the picture). I'm worried sick now. Do you think this is likely to harm whoever has eaten it?

Mine have done it too and been fine although I had a very panicky weekend worrying one or both might suffer ill effects and need a vet.

I think mine ate more but it could have been both of them as whereever Spike leads Peanut tends to follow! I am sure it will pass through okay just keep an eye on the poops for your piece of mind :D as long as they are as numerous as usual piggies haven't got blocked up. If you feel really worried I would speak to your vet to put your mind at rest.

mine did the same one day... ate loads but they were fine xx

I think it must emit a delicious odour as mine are always drawn to the edges before I can get them folded under and covered over with fleece! Seriously they've always been fine.

Thanks everyone. I still don't know which one of my pigs is the naughty boy who ate the puppy pad but both boys seem to be acting normally up to now. Thank god :yahoo:
