Hi All, What prezzies are youall buying for your piggies? I've bought a large pink igloo house also a wooden arch, I'm gonna wrap them up as well ha

I got them some timothy hay, some orchard grass, apple tree chew sticks, a parsley log to share, some bell pepper oxbow treats, a new fleece some fleece pee resistant pads.

For xmas dinner treat they are having some parsley and baby sweet corn in amongst their normal veg.

Mine got some of their presents early... Bad slave! They have already got their 3 new beds, they will get new hays and some stickle sticks & treats, and a new hay rack for run time. It's all exciting over here XD

Two new types of local hay, though to be fair they're not specifically presents, just trying them out and by the time we finish the hay we've got it'll be about Christmas Day :))

I made them a snuffle mat but they've had that today. For the *actual* day I may do a mega filled pepper so they've got their version of an overblown Christmas dinner :))

Oh, I've also got indoor run fencing and a couple of cosy bits from Pet Planet that haven't arrived yet so that's Christmas covered! It's my pigs first Christmas; I don't want them to be thinking it's a big deal as they'll be sharpening their pencils for next year's lists :))

My girls are lucky this year, I have a range of fleece and a sewing machine to make them whatever they want :yahoo:

Fudge has went from wanting live in a snuggle sack 24/7, to pushing it out her road and ignoring it.. Her current thing is tunnels! Already made her 4, but making one for her Christmas with some memory foam inside for her old bones!

Crunchie is getting a cuddle cup and a special dinner at Christmas now she seems to be finally rid of her IC.

My youngsters don't like any cosies at all, so they are getting chewable housing and some munchies!

They have red, orange, green and yellow (I buy a mixed bag) but they like red best. I read somewhere (here?) that red offers more vitamin C (I'm sure someone here could confirm/correct this).

My guinea pigs to be (mid feb.) will have a hutch, an indoor cage, lots of willow balls/seagrass balls, readigrass (recommended by the rescue) and lots of fleece lap pads, cage liners and a lovely pink soft bed (cat bed off ebay). I will get some tunnels before they arrive as well.

Red does have the most vit c but all colours have it in abundance! Mine prefer red and green, but 3 won't eat yellow or orange.. Fudge will eat any colour!
