Thanks for starting this thread! I fixed the sewing machine and have yards and yards of fleece to turn into guinea pig paraphanelia. So far I've mastered the... wait for it... rectangle!

I'm a yarn person, and crocheted and knitted items are sort of useless when it comes to piggies. They just trap poop. Since I have skinny pigs, I might try making a sweater or two some day, but

I don't know what they're called, but I've bought them at Home Depot before. They're all the same shape, sort of a split screw, and you make an "x' with them and squeeze with a satisfying zip. I bought a cage through guineapigcages.com, and their super-clever design came with those. Shipping was really pricey, but the cage is amazing and came with all the necessary pieces. I never would have thought of looking for those connectors on my own!
