I want to grow some piggy grass for my lot but have had trouble finding anywhere that has it in stock. Anyone know of anywhere that stocks it?/ I came across this site but wanted to check that it's the right stuff before ordering::{

We do have a lawn area but it's so full of buttercups amongst other things that I worry about putting them out on it, so put them out on the patio area instead.mallethead

I seem to remember seeing some mixed grass mixes somewhere, I think it was for rabbits and tortoises. They also said suitable for guinea pigs but I noticed that there was red clover in the mix too and I've been long under the impression that piggies can only have white clover. Maybe I'm mistaken. Anyway, try googling rabbit and tortoise grass mixes or something similar and you may find something ( hopefully without the red clover ).

I get my timothy hay grass seeds from ebay for99p! Free p&p too! The seller is called shelled warriors.
Hope this helps :)) xx

WHooops! Just realised you had already got some!

What is piggy grass?

If you have a look on the hay experts website, you will see the different types of things you can grow, but basically you can get seeds to grow timothy grass (the same grass from which you get timothy hay) and it's just nice to be able to grow some yourself cos piggies love timothy, and it cuts down costs

Thanks, just ordered some of shelled warriors! They're doing BOGOF on the 99p ones. Amazing considering it's so cheap anyway!:(|)
