I just noticed my female piggy has some yellow crust in nose. There seems to be no sore spots around the nose or eyes, just in the nose. On both sides. I added a picture.

Any idea what this could be? Is this normal or harmful?
I only noticed it when petting her. Other than the visual part inside the nose she seems to act normal. Sniffing around, playing with her sister, eating and drinking normally, no immediate signs of pains. However she usually grows bored of laptime after a while and now she doesn't. 111110

Hi!

If the crusts don't come off on their own within a reasonable space of time, have them seen by a vet.
