hi,

i have a few problems, only minor ones but ones that it would be good to resolve.
firstly my older pig(biscuit) who i kept on her own for 5 months before i got her a friend and was spiled rotten and when i got my other piggy she was only a baby (treacle) just seperated from her mum and siblings and so she is a very clingy little piggy (altough she is a year old now) the problem is my older pig is the opposite and although she loves treacle, she dosnt like to share her bed or me with treacle (she will get off my knee if treacle gets on!)
she will chase her out if treacle gets in her bed (they are big houses) and treacle will just lie outside the house just to be near biscuit which breaks my heart as she is always gradually sneaking closer and closer to biscuit just to be close to her.

is there any way i can resolve this? they have been together for a year now?

some piggies just don't like sharing. two of mine are like that, we had a very big house for them, but they wouldn't share, so we had to get two pigloos so they have one each, and eventually the started spending a bit more time together and getting used to each other, but they still wont sleep together, so maybetry getting two houses? and they might resolve their issues in time :)

it is always best to have 1 extra house/tunnel than the number of piggies. It helps reduce territorial issues.

my two had one big pigloo orginally but that was causing problems cos Marley would run in then grumble at Ozzy so he couldn't go in! I put in another pigloo and they seem much happier, there is less tension and i do find them together inside one in the evening.

i do have two houses, but the treacle is determined to sleep in the same one as biscuit! lol i dont think there is much i can do about it x
