G
gigglers
We're predicted a thunderstorm here tonight, so I brought the pigs in as a precaution. I put the pigs in their indoor box and noticed poo on my hand.
It looked like it had held it's shape until I touched it, at which point it squidged. I checked the pigs bottom and he does have a bit of dried poo on the fur around his bottom (he is long haired.)
He seems active in his box and happy enough, but I'm really worried. I don't want to wake up to no more piggy
The pigs are free range, we've had them almost 3 years and got them as babies. They go round munching up the lawn and I give them celery and carrots whenever I have any spare.
They have had access to the herbs (they chewed down the fence and helped themselves), but one is pooey and the other is not. I consider them to be the hardiest pigs I have owned, but I still worry about my babies!
A quick answer would be appreciated, I'm in a village and there's no vet or emergency vet service. I foolishly googled "guinea pig diarrohea" and now feel terrible.
Thanks in advance :rose
