hi all does anyone else have the peter gurney book piggy potions?

one of my piggies has got a fungal infection and in the book it say's i should shampoo with selsun or similar formula for human dandruff

does that include head and shoulders? :-\

I have the book, one of my piggies has a fungal infection at the minute.
I contacted Chrissie at gorgeous guineas, who advised me to use coconeem melt then shampoo manuka and neem.#I can highly recommend them.

mary told me to bath maisy with nizoral when she had a fungal problem, which i did. :)

some people dont like the idea of using nizoral though :) i bathed maisy everywhere :)

What is Nizoral Kelly? Where can you get it?

its a dandruff shampoo for humans i think lol its about £7 and you can get it in chemists, i got mine behind the counter at boots, i used this with caneston and lavender myrr (everything which mary suggested) :)

Thanks Hun. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
I had never heard of it.
I might get some of that for my head, I have used coal tar(sp) in the past.
i might try that on Harry too. O0

ive never thought of trying it on myself but i dont think i need it :-\

I don't get it very often, but when I do, I want it gone asap. I can't stand snowflakes on my shoulders.

Sorry for hogging the thread Poppy1775.

lol thats ok i've used the coconeem melt and neem shampoo but its quite a heavy infection do u think i could use the melt more often than once a week or maybe the shampoo inbetween? :-\

could you email chrissie and ask her? I'm not to sure :-\

also pm mary shes brilliant with fungal :)

I'm sure someone on here has had a problem like this, I will pm them and point them here to see if they can help. O0
