Piggy retail therapy

So today the piggies got lots of stuff for no special reason...

they got two houses that are sold as a fundraiser for a rescue. (Aren't they brilliant?!?!? Two exits but still kinda enclosed... I think they would be brilliant for introductions, or unstable boars! Not very hard to put together, I think! If anyone wants to make some I can give you measurements :) )

and two fleeces.

Well... the houses were for a good cause... and piggies ALWAYS need hay (isn't that right, Lisajazz and Joanne?) But did they need two new fleeces? Yeah, like they need an extra paw, or blood in their urine...

Anyway... some women buy shoes, some buy piggy stuff, isn't that right? And we're normal, right?
 
Well speak for yourself...I'm under no illusions that I'm normal!

Love the fleeces too - you always have such lovely things! I've decided I definitely need a trip to Ikea :)

Those fleeces! :o I love them! So pretty! Love the flowers.

The houses are cute too! I want some more houses for my lot but don't want to over fill their cages. But with your lovely big pen they will be great :)

I have a bit of a spending problem, everyone knows about it, I buy absolute rubbish and don't know where my money goes etc etc. It is a bit of a problem :{ I met up with an old colleague today and we were chatting. She made a joke about my spending. I said no no it isn't as bad as before. I just buy things for the piggies now rolleyes
 
The fleeces are from IKEA, they just got them in and they were 99 sek so probably around £10. They are bedspread sized (150x240 cm), much larger than the regular fleece throws. I might exhange the green for a blue, though... I already have a grass green fleece, but no light blue one!

I love the houses :). With their flat tops they actually give the cage an extra dimension. Mette-Marit and Martha jump up on them already and use them for lookouts :))

I'm not allowed in Ikea (only been once!). It's not overly far from me I guess (next county along) but I impulse buy a little too much for such a good knick-knack shop like that! I just wish they would improve their online store in the UK :( I'd buy so much rolleyes
 
oh nooooooooooooooo! now i NEED those fleeces! i want a light blue one, and the green flower one! getting a fleece buying addiction! rolleyes:))
 
I like your house! Thankfully, I have a hubby who builds mine for me!

Hay and fleeces - you can never have enough of them! :))
