Piggy Run.... Shropshire to Hampshire... can anyone help?

Can anyone help get the gorgeous Mr Fuzzy Pig to me? he is the lovely big piggy on this thread: http://www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=4815.0
the problem is he is in Telford, Shropshire and I am I'm Eastleigh, Hampshire. would anyone be able to help with part of the journey i can meet up somewhere along the way? i would be very very grateful and promise to let you have a cuddle of Mr Fuzzy Pig ;D
 
I can get him from Shropshire to M6 West Mids or a bit further down to meet up with anyone travelling a bit further south.

Be so wonderful if we can get Mr Fuzzy off to his new loving home. :)

I'm in Gloucestershire, so roughly half way! Would that help? I'd be happy to go to north a bit (maybe if Deb could bring him down a bit?) and then bring him down... I live in Cirencester. Not sure where Eastleigh is but I could have a look.

Can't do this weekend but have no plans for the one after...

Thank you so much for your offer. I could easily meet you somewhere off the the M5, say near junction 11A ? I am not familiar with the area so if you know of a place we could meet that would be so fantastic.

This weekend is a bit tight for me too, but as far as I know the following weekend is clear. :)

Just need to find a way to get him down the last leg of the journey. Fingers crossed.

wow - 11a would be perfect. that's only about 10 mins from my house

I have just looked up Eastleigh and it's about an hour and a half away from Cirencester. i wouldn't mind going that far if it was at a weekend because I could have a day out somewhere. Is there anywhere nice to go round that way?

And if bunpig has any other pigs for me to be nosy and look at, i could definitely be persuaded :D
 
wow. thanks Sarahp. i'm happy to meet you halfway whereever that is :D i wouldn't expect you to drive that far! but if you really wanted to drive the whole way you are more than welcome to visit my mini-zoo/madhouse! ;D with regard to there being anywhere nice around here - marwell zoo is a 7min drive from me, winchester is very nice thats about 15mins, or you could go on to southampton for some fab shopping depends on what you like. i am collecting 2 baby boars next week which i am hoping to home Mr Fuzzy with if he likes them ;)

Sarah if you let me know what time to meet with you at Junction 11A I can work out what time to leave home. I can be there early or later, which ever is best for yourself.

I really have nothing planned so anytime would be fine with me. Having said that, I should really get on with some jobs at home during the rest of the day, so could we say sometime in the morning? How about if I meet you at 11?

No idea how long it takes you (also if you have to pick him up from anywhere?) so if you need it to be a bit later it;s no problem. Will have a think as to where we can meet around there...
