Dandylion ate from my hand for the first time today! I was feeding Acorah a carrot and was staying perfectly still and laying on the floor so I was level with her eyes. Then slowly Dandylion made her way out and started nibbling the carrot too! I was well chuffed!

But anyways this has got me thinking and I've realised that they're both copycats. Dandylion eats hay, something I've been trying to get Acorah to do since she recovered from her illness and then I look again and Acorah started eating it, all because of ddandylion! Acorah jumps up onto the wooden house and eats the treats then Dandylion does it.Acorah sleeps in the big house while dandylion slept in the wooden one then Dandylion started sleeping with her. Acorah eats lettuce out of the dangly ball with her front paws up on the wooden ball and Dandylion mirrors her. It's adorable, but they seem to be copying each other a lot they even scratch at the same time in the same place.

Isn't it? So adorable! Not quite made in heaven though, Acorah does bully Dandylion a little bit. Like she forces Dandylion out of the way. She's getting used to Dandy and they're bonding as you can tell but Acorah's still very much an independant spoilt piggy :P
 
Just like sisters. They love each other dearly but won't admit it. O0
 
hehe yup. In fact Dandylion is hiding under Acorah right now. They're so sweet :)

Buffy and Spike mirror each other... so much so I've had to make both their cages the same as Buffy was trying to eat Spikes hay through the bars.
 
Awwwh that sounds sweet, you should get a camara at the ready for next time, or get somebody else to photo it, that would look so cute!
 
hehe I may do, but only my phone camera seems to take good photos of Dandy so it all depends on what I'm doing. I'll try and take one of them eating lettuce.

That's great news that Dandylion is now feeling more comfortable with you, i'm glad she's fitted in so well :smitten:
 
Yeah she's getting on in leaps and bounds! Now I just need to work on getting her to trust me enough not to run away whenever I move and to eat smaller things from my hands, she doesn't seem to like anything shorter than a carrot at the moment.
