piggy squeals!

Oh my! I just made our little Bumble squeal. She was sat on the house having a munch and I really needed a wee and the door is facing the cage... so I walk softly towards the door talking (as best I can when I'm in process of losing my voice). Now earlier I got right up to the cage before she ran and hid but this time I think opening the door was too much for her and not only did she leg it in the house but let out quite a loud and high pitched squeal... tugged at the hearts strings 8... my poor poor baby!

oh dear it happened again, seems like when she ran in the house Bea chased her out again... hope they have not fallen out!

No, it is just the dominant piggy stating her claim to the prime real estate!

The underpiggy sreams in protest rather than in real pain! Have you got two hides?

ahhhhhh that'll be it then, so the older one is looking to be the dominant... no I don't is it a good idea to invest in another hide for the underpiggy?

I have two houses in my cage for each. If Marmite is in Snuffles house, that's fine, but when Snuffles wanders back in, she'll make sure Marmite gets out, mainly just by nudging her. Marmite does a loud squeal but I think it's mostly for effect, quite often I've run to the cage to check her over and she's fine.
Maybe try and put a second house or hidey place in for Bumble
