Hey all,

I recently found some videos about training your guinea pigs to do certain little tricks. Has anyone here had any success with this?

Also...proud to repost that with ALOT of patience my Flynn has finally come around and allowed me to pet him without showing any signs of annoyance/anger! He's even hoped up on my lap a few times yesterday during excercise time! :yahoo:

The only trick mine are good at is at the end of their grass time as soon as I open the gate to their run & put their carrier within a metre of it, they troop out one by one & get into the carrier. Even the new group who have only being going out for the past month have got the hang of it already.

I agree, seriously cool. We need a video of this, or a series of still pictures to show the 'piggy train' in action please.

Mine will get into their carrier when I say "who wants to go home". Unfortunately they're not as co-operative in getting into the carrier to get out of their cage!

It takes me 3 or 4 times longer to get all 7 out of their 2 indoor runs to take outside that it does to get them back in.

Yes it is possible I have taught mine to stand on their hind legs spin in a circle you just have to hold back the veggies so they can earn them x
