Sometimes they have more Laundry than me and the husband! !

They prob think I have a fetish for fancy fleece garments! Also the same for the 20kg bales of Hemp bedding sacks for the Chins and the 5kg INGS they take in for us when we are at work !

I can so relate to this. It takes me all day to wash the vetbed and towels and in between we can only do one lot of our washing.

Ive done 3 loads for the boys today. It's so nice though to see them popcorning around in a freshly cleaned out palace.

It is lovely. They really appreciate a fresh clean home.

It was wash day for the pigs here as well! I'm not allowed to put their fleces in the washing machine so I blast them with a jet wash to get the hay off and then hand wash them in a bucket and then hang it out to dry. Not sure what I'm going to be doing in the winter, only just changed to fleece!

Do you just stick the fleece in the washin g machine or do you put it into something?

I hoover off the hay give it a shake outside and bung it in the machine. Once its washed and cleaned I don't see the problem with using the same machine as we use. All gets disinfected in the wash. You can buy horse bags or net bags to save your machine filter from stray hay or even use a pillow case...

Every day is piggy wash day in our flat and it is literally hanging everywhere when drying.
