Piggy With Slightly "droopy Eye"

My piglet Mirabel has a slight 'droop' to her left eye for a couple of days.Otherwise fine eating, wheaking etc etc i have pulled the skin under her eye down and it is slightly red (I think it is the conjunctiva? the rim around the bottom of the eye) Is there anything I can do? I have had a good look and could not see anything in her eye. She is 3 and a half, bossy, busy, gorgeous and lives with her sister Maud. Any advice/help much appreciated. Not got much faith in local vets (tried three so far in Guildford Surrey/England) and very very tight budget.
