As promised! These piggies are the girls (and Lester!) who currently make up my big herd! It's not as big as it has been, but Lester's sure got his work cut out looking after this lot! I hope you enjoy!

Lester%202_zpsnc8bw59k.jpg

The very handsome Lester! He's my herd boar and although he's getting on a little bit now and is actually likely to be 'retired' to live a quieter life with a couple of my older girls as soon as my garage conversion's finished in the next few weeks, he has presided over the herd for nearly three years now. He's big, scruffy and incredibly handsome - just how we like our boars around here!

Cassidy%20and%20Mia%201_zpslogn6dqk.jpg

Cassidy and Mia - our two leading ladies. Mia is the top sow with Cassie as her second in command. Such sweeties!

Muffin%201_zpskkzrbq6w.jpg

Muffin - One of my older girls at just over 4, she'll be retiring with Lester to have an easier life. Poor girl struggles with gas/bloating issues so I think she's going to need the quieter life as she gets older!

Mouse%201_zps32auxkok.jpg

Mouse - Mouse got her name as when I adopted her from the RSPCA I was told she was 2 years old and only weighed in about 750g, she was tiny! However, Mouse now weighs just over a kilo and has bulked out significantly so I'd say she was probably only a young adult when I got her. Loves the herd, hates any new additions.

Kalani%203_zps9rwdequp.jpg

Kalani - With Muffin, she's one of my only remaining original herd piggies. How cute is that face?

Sherbet%203_zpsx7jqiwqs.jpg

Sherbet - Might be as cute as a button (seriously cute, but don't tell her.) but this little piggy is chief trouble maker. First to shout for dinner (or food at any time of day, really), she's definitely Chief Rabble Rouser...

Mistletoe%20and%20Sugarplum%201_zps1q0cd1hl.jpg

Mistletoe and Sugarplum(p) - Sherbet's partners in rabble-rousing crime.

Cola%20and%20Liquorice%201_zpsplpozdbu.jpg

Cola and Liquorice - Black Beauties. Not sure if any of you followed Milhaven's field pig rescue last year, but these are two of those girls.

Buttercup%20and%20Marigold%202_zpsol9gpzca.jpg

Buttercup and Marigold. Marigold is mummy, and hands down the prettiest piggy in the herd. She has the most perfect little face and big black eyes - she's stunning. Fuzzy Buttercup is super cute, but is my only biter - little monster!

Blossom%20and%20Pippi%202_zpsorsey9np.jpg

Blossom and Pippi - Big girls! Blossom is Pippi's mum and is a very chubby piggy. Looks like Pippi's got mum's genes too, bless them!

That's my herd as it is right now! It'll be changing towards the end of the month as I retire Lester and a couple of the girls to give them the quiet life and adopt a new herd boar (and probably some young girls........) but for now at least, this is my herd! :D

Aw, what a lovely lot. Can I ask, can you tell Cola and Liquorice apart?

I have two PEW's just like your Sherbet, there nickname is the terrible twins as they are bordering on impossible to identify which one is which. I need to have them in some scales as one is 50grams heavier.

:luv::luv::luv: What a stunning herd. And so good to see some of the Milhaven field piggies living in luxury. You have an exceptionally good looking bunch of piggies there. Pignapping alert!

I can! Cola has little white tips to the toes on one of her feet and Liquorice is the bigger of the two. It's very difficult to tell when they're both in the herd running wild, though. I've got to catch one to tell who I've got!

You can see the little white toes in this one :D

I was wondering the same, how to tell Cola and Liquorice apart, but that's been answered with the tutsies :)
Wow I actually lost count of your lovely herd, but lovely they most certainly are. :) I went back and counted. 15! Wow!
Hope all goes well with the introduction of a new 'king' :)

:D Oh, wow! They are all soooo beautiful! And your photos are absolutely fab too! Gorgeous piggies!:wub: I particularly LOVE Cassidy and Mia, their colouring is so pretty and I love their fluffiness!

 All gorgeous

WANT MUFFIN!
