Jerrybelly
Senior Guinea Pig
I realised this morning that I don't have any recent pigtures of my boys.
So out came the camera!
This is my special boy, Jerry. He is a smooth haired, crested piggy, and is 3.5 years old. He is the reason why I joined the Forum, and he's taught me so much. He is the most loving, quirky, energetic piggy I've ever seen, despite his bladder issues. He is a house pig and free ranges whenever someone is at home. Unlike most guineas, he is not interested in chewing on phone cables, or munching on the furniture, but will happily sit by your feet for hours, jumping back into his cage whenever he needs a wee. He loves his cuddles, and always gives plenty of kisses.
This is Marley, a tricolour, smooth haired boy. I love the markings of his fur, as it sort of looks like he's two pigs stuck together! He's approx. 20 months old. Marley is the smallest of my boys, but is by far the bossiest. He enjoys his cuddles, but is quick to tell you when he's had enough. Nose rubs, red pepper and plenty of timothy hay make Marley a happy piggy!
Last, but definitely not least, this is Frankie. Frankie is a black smooth haired, crested boy. I think he's a roan as he has white strands of fur throughout, and also has blue eyes (though, I must admit, I'm not very good at identifying breeds so I may be wrong). Frankie is my heaviest pig, weighing in at around 1240g. He is very shy though, and is often bossed around by the other two. Frankie is also the stinkiest boy, but as a result I can now clean 'boy bits' in record time! He has incredibly soft, shiny fur, and after a bath he practically glows!
So these are my boys, and I wouldn't be without them!
