I try everything not to cut mine...when maggs was preggers I had to cut it and I felt soo guilty ;D ;D ;D

Hes looking lovely, all he needs is a pair of shades, some speedos and a cocktail! ;D ;D

EVERY TIME I LOOK IN HIS HUTCH IT MAKES ME JUMP............WHO'S THAT AHHHHHHHH :oOH JUST MR DOM! ;D
 
what a beauty! he looks like a new pig (i know what you mean about brad pig ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D)
 
They do look cute but if they get a knot in their fur then boy is is a pain to remove. My two will squeal the house down at the site of the comb and scissors!
 
If you groom them everyday you shouldnt get knots! When maggs was pregnant I gave up and just had to cut it all as she was sooo uncomfortable! :( But its grown back already ;D ;D
 
would it surprise you if i told you this also was mr dom?

I did Lennie last night and he doesnt look near as handsome as yours..I just couldnt get the layers quite right ;D

thanks for the compliment, i used to be a dog groomer which helps, the technique is basically the same ;D
 
Ahhh I dont feel so bad now, I wont be posting pics of my efforts ;)
 
OMG i cant believe thats the same pig, its amazing isnt it? 2 pigs in one! ;D ;D ;D And I agree...mine end up looking like they've been dragged through a hedge backwards! ::) ;D ;D ;D

They look prettier with all their long hair but I bet they're a lot cooler and comfy without it. You've done a fab job, you're a dab hand with the scissors!
 
i do think they are gorgeous with long hair, very glamorous, if it's anything like dog hair it will grow back even nicer. i would estimate about 4 - 6 months to grow back. i've not trimmed mr dom down before just given him a 'bob'. but i trimmed my texel down about a month ago and she's looking like a mop again. O0
