"pimple" On Lower Lip

My little guinea pig boy has this lump (that looks like a pimple) on his lower lip since yesterday. Should I be worried or is it something that goes away on its own? He!s been treated for a cold and he will finish antibiotics in 3 days. Also, the vet will open after Easter...

I'd pop him to the vets when they open. It's best to be cautious then if it is something brewing you will have caught it in time.

Montínek It means "little monte" (as monte the yogurt, i have no idea if you have it guys )

Btw, on another forum, a lady said it might be candidiasis and that i should try some medicine for it. And since its getting worse I will probably try it..
