Pine?

I’m seeing conflicting information regarding pine, air dried and kiln dried? Is it safe at all, can it be safe?

If not, what wood is safe? This would be for a full enclosure/cage

I know kiln dried pine is safe, not sure about air dried

Thanks, really ust trying to find out what's the cheapest and safest option for when we build our cage

Just done a bit of googling and found a page saying any softwood resinous woods are not safe and specifically mentions air dried pine in this so I would stick with kiln dried

Edit to add that it seemed to be a blog so no way to verify the accuracy or reliability of content
