My female guinea pig is about 2 years old. I noticed tonight that she has a pink discharge coming from her vaginal area. Her bowels and appetite are normal. She has been hunching up a lot and being very lethargic in a corner of the cage, which is not normal for her.

Please take her to a vet to get a urine analysis and Xray done - in all proability she has either an infection or stones and will need pain relief and potentially antibioitics. The vet will also need to rule out ovarian cysts as this condition can also cause the symptoms you describe.

Thank you so much for the advice, she is going to the vet first thing tomorrow! Please pray for my sweet piggie Bella. In the photo she is the one on the left.
