My friends guinea pig's wee is pale pink. I think it could be blood because she hasn't eaten anything red apart from red apples which doesn't turn the urine pinky. What does blood in urine mean?

Hi, Blood in the urine could mean a few things most commonly Urine Infection. They will need to be seen by a vet. They will be able to find out what is causing it.

Also best not to feed Apple to much just a little piece now and then as a treat, piggies should primarily eat veg not fruit.

I agree with Sport Billy, he needs to see a vet as it could be a sign of a Urinary Tract infection but it is also a sign of stones. Only the vet will be able to diagnose.

As the others have said, pink in the urine is a sign of blood that can be caused by an infection or a stone/sludge. A vet will be able to determine what is going on. Hope this helps!
