Little Piggles
Senior Guinea Pig
I think that I can safely say that little Pixel is now well and truly settled 
She's been a part of the family since just before Christmas and is now about 16 weeks old.
The night before last it was very chilly so I thought I'd put in the snugglesafe pads in to keep them all cosy. Pixel promptly claimed one for herself and sprawled out. It's the first time I've seen her so relaxed and she slept out there in the open all night (I let the cat out in the early hours and she was still there), even though there was another pad under the fleece where she has slept before.
With Willow, She's growing quickly!
She's getting to be quite a character and definatley has the loudest squeak in the house (and I thought Pippa would take some beating!
) She comes to investigate with the other two when we pass the cage now and will even let us stroke her in the cage. She'll take food from your hand and will sit on your lap for a while before wriggling away to find Willow and Pippa. Both older girls have taken to her well and we've had no spats (finger's crossed) although she does sometimes get kicked out of the Pigloo when Willow wants in!
This last one was taken a few weeks ago...
All wrapped up in a blanket with her poorly toe. It's since healed well, but the offending nail has now dropped off completely. Hasn't stopped her mad half-hours though!
