As in CiaraPatricia's recent thread about little wooden corner houses, I bought two for my girls new hutch.

They've gone down really well, expecially with Pixel who seems to have claimed it as her own!

She loves to snuggle down in it (it's usually filled with hay) and Willow and Pippa have taked turns to sit on top. All three have had a little nibble, but I'm certain it will last 10 times longer than their old pigloo.

I even spotted Pixel and Willow sharing not just the house but a dandelion leaf yesterday! :o :) (This is the same Willow who I was worried was picking on Pixel, by the way!) I was too slow with my camera to catch it though {:|

Anyway, as the weather was so grotty yesterday, the girls went in their pen on the patio and I put in a tray of Timothy Grass grown from seed. It seemed to go down very well!

But really, you can't beat good old lawn grass picked especially for you :)

Oooo - the house looks very good x) Good job on the home-grown grass. Looks like they loved it too. And lastly, the grass you cut from outside looks yummy drool. I think I'm becoming a guinea pig :))
 
The little house is so sweet. I wish I could have something like that for my gang but I'm afraid it would spark World War 3! Miss Maisie is very possessive so everything needs to have an escape route or else there will be some serious blood loss!
Your girls are lovely especially Pippa. I just want to kiss that chubbsy little face. x>>

The corner house looks good too. :)
 
They're gorgeous! And the house looks really good. I think I'll get a couple for my lot :)

Where can you buy this readigrass from? I have no idea where to look in my locality or online. Thank you. :)

It's not readigrass they're scoffing, it's timothy grass (in the higher photo) and regular grass from our lawn on the bottom pic.

I got the grass seeds from www.thehayexperts.co.uk but they do sell readigrass too. Your best bet would be a google search (unless anyone else can advise) to check on prices/shipping etc. :)

Thanks :) I got mine from www.therabbithutchshop.co.uk but Zooplus have them too. They're a Trixie product so you can probably get them other places too :)

The lady at Rabbit Hutch Shop was really nice actually, she rang me to let me know the only one they had was damaged and did I want to wait or get an alternative. I took the alternative and got one of these too :)

I've been looking at those- the one with the wavy roof. Would be interested to know what you think of it sizewise, etc. :)
