Play Time

Buttons & Banana had there first playtime today on the kitchen floor. Banana got very brave and had a good sniff about but Buttons looked less than impressed (my kitchen isn't that bad lol). They were only out for 5mins, which I'm going to do often. I think Buttons prefers the outdoors (he runs round like a loony) but with the weather like it is here he will have to make do haha.
Just thought I'd share their first kitchen experience x

Most guinea pigs love to explore, but it may take them some time to feel safe enough in new surroundings! Give them a little base to explore from - an old towel and a hide will do the trick. Things to investigate or play around with also help. And every guinea pig loves to squeeze in between things or through tunnels...

Floortime is exciting. I'm sure they'll find their piggy feet in no time at all.

aww cute! its good if you can bring piggies indoors when its cold if they can't go out in their run, we let our girls run round in the hall! then they jump into the tray in the middle if they need a wee!
