My piggy Harvey's claw fell out, it's really bleeding!
I don't have anti petit and he is currently rapped up in a towl!
I put his paw in lukewarm water (clean) and held a tissue on it for a while but he was PANNICKING and accidentally but me. Please help
 
If its still bleeding try putting a bit of flour on it to stop the bleeding. Once it stops, keep it clean until you can get some anti septic
 
Have you got some corn flour or flour in the house to help stop the bleeding?
 
You can always make your own antiseptic wash by mixing 1 teaspoon of salt into 1 pint of boiled, cooled water. It is called saline solution. (You can also buy the same in the pharmacy for money!)
 
Calm down. He is going to be fine. I know he is bleeding but that is normal after losing a nail. You can rinse it with water for now.
 
Phew, thank you, I'm just not good with blood, it scares me!
Plus the fact he didn't make a noise! Not a sound!
So after when I was cuddling him, I noticed blood everywhere!

The bleeding will hopefully stop over the next few minutes or so. Only if it doesn't, you need to see a vet, or if you notice signs of reddening/swelling/infection later on.

Nails can snap quite easily; mostly they will grow back eventually, even though they will often be thicker than before.

Once your piggy has got over the sting of the break and feeling a bit sorry for itself, it won't be bothered anymore.

He was limping a bit, but he's okay now. He let me look at it a while ago (sorry for late reply) and it had Stopped bleeding. He's ok now. But he is making a funny sound. It's like a drrrr drrrr sound, it's not all the time, but it's like it's his breathing.
Actually he has stopped now. But does anyone know what the sound is exactly?
I think it's coming from his nose.

My piggys nail has never fallen off but it has bleed before so I know it can be a little scary. Mine only took a towel and holding it on for about 5-10 minutes. Your issue is a little bit worse. If it hasn't stopped by now then I think you need to see a vet being as it has been nearly 4 hours of the making of this post. Please let us know if your piggy is any better!
 
Thanks for the update! Glad to know your piggy is better. I'm not sure what that noise is though? Maybe try google but google isn't always correct but you can give it a shot.
 
It sounds like the noise mine make when they're not happy about something, or they're nervous. Like Wiebke said, he's probably still feeling a bit sorry for himself. I give mine a veggie treat when they're upset, that usually distracts them!

He has made the noise before, so I kept him in a private cage only for the 'cold' to disappear an hour later.
