I have found where you had posted in somebody else’s thread so have copied below:

Hello, my guinea pig started showing signs of mild indigestion on June 24, but it improved slightly after I brought her home. I was worried she might not be getting enough vitamin C, so I gave her half a piece of Aibao vitamin C grass cake and half a piece of Aibao digestive aid. Then I felt my mistake made her condition worse, so I took her back to the hospital. The X-ray showed she had severe bloating and food buildup. We started using simethicone, probiotics, cisapride, and added 1 milliliter of sesame oil, which improved her condition. She passed a lot of stool, some very small, some extremely dry, and some with sharp edges, but she passed a lot of stool. Since my mother didn't understand, she picked up the feces each time, preventing her from eating her own blind intestine feces. Around June 28, I noticed bloodstains on her pad and examined her feces closely. Among them, there were three with very deep red stains, but they were hard to notice because her feces were well-formed. Since I saw the bloodstains, before going to the hospital, I switched to a different brand of probiotics and gave her half a dose. About an hour later, she defecated again, but the stool looked very healthy and showed no signs of blood. Nevertheless, I took her to the hospital for a check-up. The X-ray results were normal, and the doctor noted that my pig was defecating normally at the hospital, so he did not perform any stool tests and advised us to observe at home. If there was further bleeding, we should undergo an abdominal B-scan. However, the next morning, I noticed a small amount of blood again, though only a trace. So I took her back to the hospital for another abdominal ultrasound, which showed she was very healthy, and they sent us home again. But I didn’t want to put her through any more tests, So after she defecated, I took the stool samples to two hospitals for testing. Both said there were no issues. I showed them the ultrasound images, and both hospitals also said there were no abnormalities. One mentioned there was a small amount of gas in the stomach, possibly due to stress and fear, while the other noted a small amount of fluid in the stomach, but neither was a cause for concern. Both advised me to go home and give her probiotics and feed her normally. However, I was very worried about my little one because no abnormalities were detected, but I had read online that guinea pigs can have internal bleeding. Internal bleeding is highly unusual. What should I do? Chinese veterinary medicine for guinea pigs is truly inadequate. I informed the doctor about the blood in the stool and provided previous photos, clearly explaining the situation. However, the doctor did not perform a stool test or B-scan during my first visit and subjected my baby to multiple procedures. I am heartbroken. I hope you can help me. Please, I beg you. I have no choice but to reach out to you. I don't speak English, so if possible, could you please contact me in Chinese? If Chinese isn't available, my partner can speak English, so either language is fine, but preferably Chinese! Thank you so much. Please help me!

Our advice would be to switch to emergency care, which is:

Make sure you weigh your guinea pig daily. Weight checks should be done every week as part of routine care but you need to switch to daily weight checks while you have health concerns.
This enables you to monitor hay intake more closely.
If your piggy loses weight then you need to step in with feeding a fibre rich recovery feed to replace hay intake.
You need to feed at least 60ml of recovery feed per day, but as much as is necessary to keep weight stable.

Please do not give sesame oil. That will not be helpful at all.

Because I'm not very good at using this forum, because I really haven't had much rest for 48 hours, but I've been looking for how I can reach you, and while still looking for answers, so anxious I just want to die, I'm waiting for you to write back, and you have to help me, I can read your replies with a translator, and I'm still here waiting for you, so please understand how I feel, and I really can't sleep!

Welcome to the forum ❤️ Guinea pig health is a steep learning curve. Does your piggy have dry skin on her nipples? That can be a sign of hormone problems. How old is she? If you can take a fresh urine sample to the vet, that could be a useful diagnostic test. If you put her in a plastic base carrier, after a few minutes she should pass urine. If you can extract it quickly to avoid contamination that is best. Does she have any large lumps in her abdomen? Is she vocalising pain or hunching over when urinating? I hope the problem can be solved 🙏 Keep going back to your vet if she is still passing blood.

My piggy should be around 2 and a half years old he is currently 915g, two months ago he was 1080g, the cause is that I have been interacting with her every day in the monitor, because I found out that there was a problem when I saw him in the monitor that he hardly slept all night just lying on his back in one place and kept his head up feeling like his nose was sniffing something, wanting to eat the amount of Aibao pellets, and then smelling them and then not eating them but that kind of action was just like someone stopping him, and then my mom got up and found out that he didn't poop, and then that's what I told you above. Then my mom woke up and found that he didn't poop, and that's what I told you above, I also have some photos from his first visit to the hospital, do you need them?I can provide them to you, here's the thing, I just called the doctor who did the stool test, I said Piggy might have a bacterial infection, he said he didn't see any sign of it in the films, I was going crazy, I said what if he was bleeding from the rectum, he said there's nothing that can be done about it there's no way to treat it, including going to the hospital that day.The incompetent doctor said his bowel movements were fine nothing was wrong with him so they didn't even think of pee tests or stool tests, I have stool pictures from his first two bleeds to these two bleeds on my side. You will need them.I can provide them to you, also, if I go to the vet with his pee, I don't know how to communicate with him so that he can give me any test, and even if they do, they won't administer any medication, so I'm worried that my little piggy is in danger!

Your piggy is losing weight because he is not eating enough hay. Hay is their main food intake. You must step in with syringe feeding as per the guides I linked in.
if a piggy isn’t eating them they will not poop. That can then result in gut stasis which is a serious issue.

I don’t know what aibao pellets are. I assume a type of hay based guinea pig food. Hay still needs to be their main food intake though

I'm afraid we cannot diagnose anything. All we can do is give you the home care advice and give you pointers to discuss with your vet

Are you still there? My piggy is eating and drinking fine at the moment, the way she pees I can find the monitor and send it to you I've asked my mom and she said she doesn't make a sound when she pees, I've seen her pee before it's when she's almost done she shrinks her whole body a little bit because I don't want to torment her like that, the doctors over here don't know anything about it, and it's the same ones who make us inject 1ml of sesame oil in our mouths and I feel like I'm gonna be tortured to death by them if we go again. Both times we've been to the hospital, we've shown them pictures of him bleeding as well as the poop that has bled, they think. Our baby. The blood appeared because of the first two times, the constipation caused by food and flatulence after tearing the intestines, and told me to go back to recuperate .I can provide you with that on my end.He is now. What the stool looks like, and before I.I can also send you pictures of his stools with blood on them, and I can't believe that these doctors can't see the abnormality of blood in my baby's stools, and I can also send them to you, and also I have noticed that his stools recently, I feel that the color of his stools. It's not quite right either.

Guinea pigs do not get constipation. If a piggy is not pooping then it is because they are not eating enough.

You need to weigh your piggy every morning to know whether he is eating enough hay. You cannot tell just by watching.
Your piggy has lost a lot of weight which means there was a time that your piggy was not eating properly.

You can add pictures of the poops if you want to, but we are not vets so cannot diagnose anything

This is a picture of the first time my mom took her to the hospital when she was told she had a problem with her teeth that she needed surgery and anesthesia, then after the anesthesia she said it was fine no problem with her teeth just a small amount of flatulence, I didn't know my child was being tossed around like that by them because I wasn't in the

Okay, then I'll send it to her today, so far it's poop.

Now, before I changed the probiotics for the first time, there was a lot of blood, but after changing the probiotics, there is a little bit of blood every day, and she does not have blood in every bowel movement. But what I saw was that she had it before she pooped and after she pooped, and it only happened once a day. My mother explicitly said that she didn't see any blood in her urine, and the doctor said that there was no problem with her urinary tract, stones, or uterine abscess. Do you think it's a rectal tear? Just like a common person's hemorrhoids? I will send you the first time I found blood on her mat, then I carefully observed the stool, and I found the blood.

Also, how can I find a professional online doctor to help me? Before she started bleeding, the doctor said she was blocked and had intestinal obstruction, and then asked me to inject her with 1 ml of sesame oil from her mouth. She pulled a lot, then pulled a lot every day, big and small, and didn't give her vitamin C in the middle. The other grass was only dried. She didn't like to move for two days. Since she was given vitamin C, the grass has also been given.

I'm afraid I can’t help with finding an online vet. I imagine you would have to do an online search and see what you can find.
There are no vets on this forum and legally in the Uk only a vet can diagnose following a hands on check.

Guinea pigs don’t need to be supplemented with vitamin c. They need to eat hay (dried grass) in h limited amounts. They need to have a variety of fresh vegetables and a tablespoon of plain guinea pig pellets. Their vitamin c comes from the vegetables and pellets (provided they are fortified).

A blockage is very serious and can be fatal so sesame oil would not solve it.

i understand it is hard when you can’t find a vet in your country but I'm afraid we can’t guess where the blood is coming from

After the last blood draw, when I went to the hospital for a check-up, the doctor said there was no blockage, it was fine, and then it was just a little blood every day.

It is good they did the scans and gave you meds to help her gut movement. Her poops are looking good. Does she have any rough, dry skin on her nipples? Female guinea pigs can get ovarian cysts and the first sign of them is crusty nipples. Does she get hay all the time? They need to have hay always available. I hope she gets better and the bleeding stops 🙏

Is it convenient for you to leave a contact method so that I can communicate with you in detail?Because her situation is very special, the above hospital examination, the last one is the content of this picture, because the order is more complicated, he now only leaves a little bit every day, Less than the first, but every day I see it on the mat. At present, I am not very clear about her breasts. I am waiting for her mother's reply, but the hospital said her uterus was fine. I don't know if the ovarian cyst you mentioned and the uterine abscess I mentioned are the same thing. There has always been grass, but before, she didn't have a good appetite and ate very little. Yesterday, she ate a lot and drank a lot of water, but before she had a bowel movement, she also found a drop of blood. After a normal check-up, I don't even know if her stool color is bloody.

You are being provided with all the support we can give. An administrator cannot do anything more than we already are. We are not vets and I’m afraid we cannot tell you anymore than we already have. It is impossible for us to know exactly what is wrong with her.

Okay, is his blood normal? My mom takes it twice a day now, and she's still giving him probiotics, Silicone oil, cisapride, then green peppers, vegetables, dried and oatmeal, and wheat, because the doctor said not to eat too high in nutrients, so I only gave dried, now I dare not give guinea pig food, afraid it will block, there is and hay powder at home, but all afraid to let it block,

It is not normal for a guinea pig to be passing blood.

Do you mean simethicone rather than silicon oil?
Simethicone is not recommended for a piggy who has gas as it can make it more painful. Simethicone gathers gas into one big bubble and due to the way a piggy gut works, one big bubble is a lot harder and more painful for them.

She must not eat wheat - grains should not be in the diet.
She does not need dried oatmeal.
She needs hay most importantly and some fresh vegetables. guinea pig pellets can be given but they are the least important part of the diet.
Hay is the most important thing she can eat and she must be allowed to eat hay at all times . She will not get a blockage from eating hay; however if she does not eat hay she will become very poorly

The hay in the fifth picture is what your piggy needs to be eating most of. It needs to be in her cage in unlimited amounts at all times.

The essentials pellets are absolutely fine to give. They can have one tablespoon per day.
If she is not eating hay you need to mix the pellets with water to make a mush and then syringe feed her that mush.

Any fresh grass needs to be introduced slowly because too much fresh grass on an unprepared gut can cause bloat.
Is she used to eating the grass in the first and third pictures?
