Please help me, I am really helpless,

What should I do now? What exactly is he suffering from now? In this urine test report, can only professional guinea pig doctors distinguish it?

You need a vet to tell you what the report says and to diagnose what is wrong with your piggy - we cannot do that.

Can you help me recommend a doctor who specializes in this field? I can pay online, but I need her to communicate with me. I am in Vancouver, Canada, and I am an online professional guinea pig.

You’re in Canada? Not in china, you’ve been saying she was diagnosed at a Chinese vet?

I cannot recommend a vet as we are a uk based forum

Welcome to the forum ❤️ Guinea pig health is a steep learning curve. Does your piggy have dry skin on her nipples? That can be a sign of hormone problems. How old is she? If you can take a fresh urine sample to the vet, that could be a useful diagnostic test. If you put her in a plastic base carrier, after a few minutes she should pass urine. If you can extract it quickly to avoid contamination that is best. Does she have any large lumps in her abdomen? Is she vocalising pain or hunching over when urinating? I hope the problem can be solved 🙏 Keep going back to your vet if she is still passing blood.
Hi, my urine test results have come out. Can you help me analyze them?

1. Where is the guinea pig in Canada or China?

2. Where are you located in Canada or china?

3. If you are in Canada, how have you switched vets and took your pig to a new veterinary hospital or has your mother back in china done this for you?

4. Is your guinea pig now on antibiotics? If so for how long have they been taking them?

Just to reiterate.

No one on this forum is a trained vet, no one on the forum can diagnose or treat your guinea pig
We cannot read or analyse the medical report you have uploaded

You at this point need to discuss treatment with a vet.

We are unable as a forum to diagnosis illnesses. This forum section is here for support and idea to which you can speak to a vet about.

I agree with @sport_billy
I used to live in Canada and I know that there are a lot of Chinese-speaking people in Vancouver! Maybe you can find a veterinarian specialized in small animals (guinea pig doctor) who reads and understands Chinese and could maybe even communicate with the animal doctor (vet / veterinarian) in China?

I'm so sorry, it must be very difficult having your guinea pig so far away and all the language problems.

First question, my guinea pig is in China. Second question, I am in Vancouver, Burnaby, Canada. Third question, I am in Canada, but my mother and I basically don't sleep at all when we take care of the guinea pig, really. I used up all my thoughts. He loves him very much, the fourth question My guinea pig has not taken antibiotics yet. I've never eaten it before.

I just want to tell you that we really don't have any other choice, but we really love him and hope to get your help. I have great faith in you all.

Great, great. How can I find him? Can you help me? Thank you.
No, I'm very sorry, I certainly cannot help you look. I don't even live in Canada any more. Anyway Vancouver vets will all be asleep in bed right now so you have lots of time to research online till your tomorrow morning.

Please understand that this is a forum of and for guinea pig owners! We try and help each other but none of us are professionals, and we also do all this in our spare time.

You need to find a vet in Vancouver who speaks Chinese and can tell you what the medical reports say. If antibiotics are needed then your mother will need to get the antibiotics and administer them to your piggy.

I’m sorry but there is nothing more we can say or do.

Thank you for your answers.

I am sorry you are in this circumstance. We understand how much you love your guinea pig
BUT it impossible for any member of this forum to provide any further guidance or assistance than they have already done.

No one on this forum is medically trained and cannot read reports or contact any vets in your behalf. The guinea pig forum is a hobbiest forum of guinea pig owners.

The forum has advised you all it really can to this point.
@Piggies&buns advice above is really only the best we can suggest.
Guinea lynx has a Canadian vet list on their forum of vets recommend in Canada that you could use as a starting point Veterinarians: Canada - Guinea Lynx Records

At present, my mother says she is bleeding every day today, so do I still need to give meloxicam? If I really can't find anyone, I can only give her antibiotics and painkillers, and what else can I give her now, vegetables like bell peppers? Cucumber? Lettuce? Kale? Little parsley? Where is the grass? Is it still mainly dried Canadian thistle, or domestic dried northern thistle? And wheat grass?

The meloxicam is a painkiller and an anti inflammatory.

You said your guinea pig was not on an antibiotic? Can you please clarify if they have been prescribed and antibiotic - as an anti biotic should help fight an infection

Yes, the hospital I tested at. Tell me to treat it as cystitis for now because there is no definite data, and he prescribed meTake 1/3 tablet of Bai You Li 15 mg once daily.
Take 0.1 ml of Meixi oral solution once daily, and then 0.05 ml once daily starting on the second day.

What is bai you li - is it an antibiotic?
It’s not a recognised medication for us here

Is the meixi oral solution the meloxicom painkiller?

His report shows that his urine clarity is mildly cloudy, with a dilution ratio of 1. The test report also indicates the presence of crystals, along with additional information. Calcium phosphate crystals (CP#) were 0.28 per microliter (μL) and 0.02 per high-power field (HPF), which is positive. The reference range standard is 0–0 per microliter (μL). Therefore, this is positive.
Red blood cells (RBC#) were 286.22 per microliter (μL) and 5.62 per high-power field (HPF), which is positive.
The reference range for red blood cells is 0–25 per microliter (μL).
Another positive result is bacilli (BAC#) at 19.38/uL and 1.14/hpf.
Since the reference range for bacilli is 0-0 UL,
his stool currently appears as follows:

I want to make sure that these three are positive in urine, that is, abnormal, can they be given to him with the two, one for pain relief and one for anti-inflammation, including what he said to let me take cisapride and probiotics, can these drugs be taken together? According to my homework on the forum, shouldn't any medicine be kept away from water? Because one of the antibiotics is in tablet form. I asked him if he couldn't add water, she said you should add a little bit less, so I'm not sure if the drugs and methods he mentioned will really help my guinea pig. I'm a bit worried.

Baytril is an antibiotic and should help clear any infection

Cisapride is a gut stimulant that will keep his bowel working and prevent gas building up

It’s perfectly fine to give baytril and metacam and is the normal and expected treatment for cystitis.

As sport_billy has said the baytril (antibiotics) will help with infection.
I’m not sure what you mean by keeping it away from water and giving a little bit less.
You cannot and must not stop your piggy from drinking.

The metacam (which is an anti inflammatory and a pain killer) dose looks to be incredibly low and at once a day it may not help her, but only a vet can tell you what to give. All we can say is keep an eye on any pain levels and if she appears to be in pain then speak to the vet again.

The meds are fine.

However Probiotics and baytril can’t be given at the same time.
You give the antibiotic and then give the probiotic 2 hours later.
If you give the probiotic and the antibiotic at the same time then the effect of the probiotic will be ruined by the antibiotic.

If the poop is small and your piggy is losing weight then it means your piggy isn’t eating enough hay.
As I explained earlier in the thread, your piggy needs to be weighed every morning.
If your piggy loses weight each morning then You then need to mix some of the essentials pellets with water to make a mush and then syringe feed the mush to the piggy.
Doing this replaces the fibre your piggy isn’t getting enough of through lack of hay intake.
A piggy who is losing weight needs to be syringe fed at least 60ml of pellet mush every day
