So that means he needs to have 60 of those 1ml syringes in a day - he can probably eat around 10 syringefuls at a time but it hay be a bit less if he is feeling poorly (which then means you need to feed more often).

He then needs to be weighed the next day to see if his weight is still the same as the day before. If it is then he had been fed enough. If his weight is less than the day before then he needs to have more than 60 of those syringes during the day

If he doesn’t eat enough he can go into gut stasis so it is essential that your mother feeds him

Piggies are crepuscular - it is normal for them to be more active during the early hours of the morning and during the evening.
You also have to consider that the activity levels are going to be affected by the fact that (it seems) your guinea pig lives alone and doesn’t have a friend, so she is going to be desperate for company so looks to your mother to provide that companionship for her. Piggies should be kept in pairs with another guinea pig so they have each other to be active with.

The weight checks are very important as it is the only way to know if a piggy is eating enough hay - it cannot be gauged by eye. Hay is the main food - that must always be available.

Her poops like quite dark. That is generally a sign that they are eating too much fresh food (so vegetables or fresh grass) and not enough hay. Too much fresh food can cause the gut to become unbalanced and make them feel unwell. It can also manifest as soft poops.
Do make sure your piggy only gets one cup (so that is a specific measure) of vegetables (and they included the grass) a day and that there is a lot of the dried hay in the cage.

Make sure your mother weighs your piggy tomorrow and compares it to the 927 of today.

The critical care herbivore fine grind is the feed you can use if your piggy needs syringe feeding which will replace lost hay intake and help keep the weight stable. Mushed pellets is the emergency alternative but as you have the fine grind then you can use that instead of mushed pellets.
The other items you list are digestive aids, they are not syringe food.
In a healthy piggy you feed one tablespoon of the dry pellet food but if they need to be syringe fed and you only have mushed pellets available then the one tablespoon rule is overruled and you instead syringe feed as according to my instructions above.

Oat hay is ok for them to have but is considered more a treat and not really suitable their main hay source. Timothy hay, if you can get that is a main hay. So you should aim to feed a lot of Timothy hay but then you can mix a small handful of the oat hay into it.
