My mother said she saw something similar two or three times over the past two days. I just asked the vet, and he said it was a sign of heat and the discharge that comes with it. I looked it up online and found that the discharge is usually clear or milky white, so it shouldn't be the same colour as blood. Also, her movements looked like convulsions or epilepsy. It scared me to death.

I have seen the video. That is a concerning movement. They can get hiccups but it doesn’t look like that to me.
It is not a seizure though.

Guinea pigs don’t have discharge when they are in heat.

If the spot is not just oxidized urine (which is normal and not concerning at all - when urine hits the air it turns a rusty brown colour), and you do think it is blood then she will need to be seen by the vet again in case the UTI is back

So what does this action mean? It's not a mating ritual, is it?
 
I don’t know what it is - it looks a bit like she is struggling to swallow something but it is not possible for us to know.

It is definitely nothing to do with mating.

The spots and the movement are nothing to do with being in heat.

In the video, the mother had just fed her vegetables. Could it have been stolen? I have the entire process recorded. Can I show it to you? I'm really worried.

Please allow me to begin by apologising to you. this video is a bit long, approximately 6 minutes and 30 seconds. The reason is that I want you to help me make an accurate diagnosis, so I recorded a bit more. I will explain my suspicions, which may also help you make a better diagnosis. In this case, could it be that my mother gave him too high a dose of probiotics, leading to adverse effects, or could it be an adverse reaction to taking cisapride? From the video, it doesn’t seem like there’s something stuck in his throat; instead, I feel like it might be a stomach issue. This is my guess, as the vet was clearly unprofessional and claimed it was a heat-related behaviour. I’m now even more unsure of what to do. The level of veterinary care in China is limited, and I can only rely on your guidance on how to proceed. I’ve already started treating the vet as a place for specialised testing, as it’s impossible to rely on them for diagnosis!
 
I appreciate that vet care is difficult but i cannot make any diagnosis at all. By law only a vet can diagnose anything.

But to me it looks like your piggy may have had something caught in the mouth that she managed to clear by herself, as after the movement your piggy looks to be fine again.
But I cannot know for sure and I cannot tell you what it definitely is.
However If she starts having this gagging motion frequently, then that is not normal - it can be that she is feeling unwell, it can be due to the pain, or swallowing issues and/or dental issues - there are several things that repeated gagging can be. But I cannot tell you what is wrong in her case and I cannot tell you what you need to do about it other than to speak to your vet.

Has her weight been stable?

It certainly has absolutely nothing to do with her being in heat.

Could you please check if this hospital is in the UK? If so, what time is it in the UK right now? Are they working today?

It’s 9am on a Sunday. Vets generally are not open except for emergencies today. Sometimes vets only take referrals from the consulting vet, or you need to be registered with that vet which would be impossible for you to achieve.

You really need to speak to a vet in Canada where you are, and the piggy needs a hand on check by a vet in china. It might be possible for your vet in china and a vet in Canada to talk to each other.

I can only suggest you search for vets near you online.
Did you say your husband speaks English? Could he communicate with the vet in Canada for you?

I just saw that you asked me about my weight. My mother said it was 886.887 today. I looked for over two hours but couldn't find any other doctors. Usually, if it gets stuck on food, it will make a coughing sound. I have never seen this kind of movement before.

I’m afraid I cannot tell you why she is doing it beyond what I have already said.
You need a knowledgeable vet to see her, look at x rays and videos and be able to diagnose and treat any issues which may be found.

I understand, but I haven't found a professional veterinarian yet, so I can only ask you to help me with a simple analysis. He has exhibited this behaviour twice so far, and based on the colour of his urine, do you think I need to have his urine tested and cultured?

My husband can speak and understand English, but he doesn't know how to describe my guinea pig's symptoms. Maybe I didn't explain it clearly to him. He asked me how to tell the doctor, so I explained everything from start to finish. Maybe I was too wordy. Now I really don't know how to describe his symptoms to the doctor. I'm confused myself.

it entirely depends on whether your piggy is displaying urinary symptoms.
If you think that one patch in the picture looks like it might be blood rather than normal oxidisation, then it could worth a vet check. The problem is that unless symptoms are consistent it can hard to find the cause. A urinary issue will get worse - she will display pain when urinating etc. one patch of brownish urine may well not be enough to determine whether there is an issue. But may also just be oxidisation so not a problem anyway.
Oxidised urine dries to a rusty colour and is entirely normal.
Blood dries brown

I would try explaining again.
It sounds like your husband speaking to the vet is the best thing to get the help you are looking for.

That your piggy had cystitis but that seems to have been cured. That she is now displaying a movement which is worrying you. You can show the video to the vet so they can see the movement. You can show any x rays that you have so they can see if the teeth look ok.

The only stumbling block will be that the vet in Canada will not be able to have their hands on the piggy so they probably will not be able to make any diagnosis either but they may be able to make suggestions of things for you to be able to discuss with your vet in china.

Do you think your piggy is displaying any other symptoms?

I just had my mother collect her urine so that the hospital could do a urine test. I will let you know the results. If the red blood cell count is still high, I will give her some mefloquine. Can you tell me how much to give her?

Currently, I feel that her urine looks more like the colour of blood, and I am a bit concerned that her cystitis has not been completely cured, as my mother said she saw more than one drop on the pad yesterday, with a total of 3-5 drops.

This is mainly because my mother does not understand what causes pain. She has some hearing impairment, so she cannot tell whether she is screaming out in pain while urinating.

My mother has been telling me for the past two days that she feels like she's breathing a little fast, and when my mother holds her, she says she feels like she's shaking. She also hasn't been drinking much water for the past two days and doesn't like to move around. My mother keeps asking if she's in pain again, but I haven't taken it seriously because the Chinese vet hasn't re-examined her urine.

No I can’t tell you - I’m not a vet so cannot give any advice on medications.
Plus mefloquine is coming up as an anti-malarial drug so wouldn’t be what she should be given anyway.

From what I saw of your video, your piggy doesn’t seem to be displaying pain. Your piggy seemed to be moving ok and was eating lettuce happy.

Signs of pain include sitting with their hair puffed up, reluctance to move, reluctance to eat, weight loss,
