I believe it is a scab. All I know is that it wasn’t from another guinea pig bite. I have heard him squeal randomly a few times though so it could be a random cut.

Unfortunately, this is one of the things that really need a hands-on examination. It is impossible to tell just from your picture what exactly it is and our guesses can only be as good as yours.
Please see a vet, especially if the area around the scab is starting to going bald with a scaly crust (ringworm) in the next couple of days.

Could be many things to be safe and sure id see a vet and then you be able to treat it if it needs it. All the Best.
