please help me urgent - guineapig ulcer

thank you ❤️ i was upset that it happened but i feel more secure and prepared if it was to happen to my other pig. (:
Honestly I think most guinea pigs get at least one hay poke in their lives, so please don't feel bad.
It happens to everyone at some point and the most important part is that you saw a vet and got proper treatment.

That eye looks so much better. I think most people on the forum will have dealt with a hay poke injury at some time. Dora (one of my skinny pigs) has managed to have two in the past 6 weeks. You have done the right thing seeing the vet and the treatment looks to be working well. Great job. ❤️

Thank you so much for the kind replies I really appreciate it ((: ❤️❤️ This is what it is looking like today :^D

It is not discharge underneath his eye this is right after I administered the visco tears ((:

That eye is looking so much better now, well done you! My Ginger got haypoke this year. I have kept piggies on and off for 50 years and never had one. It’s quite frightening when you see the eye looking so awful but the meds you have been given work really well and are doing their job
Thank you so much , this means a lot ((: ❤️
