So, I’m currently watching the house for my family who is currently away.
And my sisters guinea pig is refusing to eat and is making small grunting noises, his eyes are crusty and his companion recently died, he seems weak and I need help ASAP, thank you.
 
I would get him to the vet as soon as you can, the other one may have died from something contagious that the vet may be able to treat.
 
I agree, he needs to see a vet urgently as he may have the same illness as his cagemate.
