Please help! Worried something is wrong with my guinea pig.

I just noticed it, gonna take her to the vet tomorrow but i am really worried.. couldnt find anything like this on the internet and i just hope its nothing serious. She eats normally but doesnt really moves much. I checked my second guinea and she has nothing.

Both genders have two nipples - if you look on the other side, you'll find the second one. ;)
