Please help! Worried something is wrong with my guinea pig.

I just noticed it, gonna take her to the vet tomorrow but i am really worried.. couldnt find anything like this on the internet and i just hope its nothing serious. She eats normally but doesnt really moves much. I checked my second guinea and she has nothing.

I'm not sure what I'm looking at? If you are talking about the thing on the right hand side just above her leg, that's a nipple

Both genders have two nipples - if you look on the other side, you'll find the second one.
