Going to get some piggies tomorrow (girl piggies :) x ) my question is two girls or three? Is there a thing in guinea pig world of twos company threes a crowd,i dont know what wouuld be best? Or would three be beter-companywise? i have room for them all, any suggestions please id be so grateful,.not long till i get them x
 
I cant see it making a difference. I have 6 girls living together, you can never have too many, they are very sociable creatures. Some say even numbers are better so they can pair off but i dont think it make much difference between having 2 or 3 so long as one isnt really bossy. Are you buying them from a pet store? Just asking as i wondered if you had considered looking to rehome.
Cant wait to see piggie photos of them.

Ah thank you, I'm getting them from a lovely couple who live near me there female piggies were both pg when they bought them so they have lots of babies lol, can * tell if one might be bossy? I pressume it may not go to well if one is lol x
 
I would make sure they have correctly sexed them and taken the boys out when they were 3 weeks old as female piggies can get pregnant from 4 weeks of age, just incase you haven't already asked :)

I have a trio and a group of 10 and to be honest with you its all very equal, the girls will chop and change friends all of the time, especially in the big group (previously 6 ) they had a different friend each day.

If you have the space, money & time the more the better :))
