You need to take him to the vets.Even if it's not bleeding,the guinea pig will be in pain and traumatised by what has happened.

As Gem has said, please get him to the vets, he needs pain relief and most likely treatment for shock. Please could you update your location on your profile so we can tailor our advice accordingly. Even just the country is fine, especially if you are a minor. Is your cat still able to get to the pig?
