so my guinea pig doodle has been acting funny for about two hours now. today we got him a new cage. once setting it up he was super happy and full of energy. then while my mom was cleaning, she saw him jump really high, followed by laying. he is limping and just not acting like himself. he had been closing is eyes while laying in my arms. not really moving much. and been using his head. for example, he was feeling all around my face when he was laying on my stomach. he has pooped once since this has happened but i'm just really paranoid since i've had a guinea pig die before. someone please help!
 
Oh I'm so very sorry for your loss. I didn't see this thread until now. Sadly guinea pigs can sometimes pass away quite suddenly and are very good at hiding illnesses until they're quite serious. Again I'm so sorry for your loss.
 
So sorry for your loss. It sounds as if he went very quickly. Rest in peace Doodle.
